A Prolific Actor with Extensive Experience

I’m Ron Robinson, an American/Canadian actor actively working in Los Angeles and Vancouver. My career spans network television, streaming, film, and national commercials, providing me with a deep, practical understanding of the industry. You may have seen me in a recurring role as Gordon Newsome on My Life with the Walter Boys, or in appearances on The Night Agent, Family Law, Nancy Drew, A Million Little Things, and Blockbuster. I've also had the privilege of working alongside Tom Arnold and Daryl Hannah in Undateable John.

Earlier in my career, I established a strong foundation in Hollywood with roles on Star Trek: Voyager, Beverly Hills 90210, Malcolm in the Middle, The Parkers, and The Young and the Restless, as well as the film Michael Jordan: An American Hero. My commercial work includes national campaigns for brands like Lexus, IKEA, and Nissan. As a SAG-AFTRA and UBCP/ACTRA member, my professional journey encompasses theatre, film, and television across both the U.S. and Canada.

A Coaching Approach Rooted in Practical Application

What sets my coaching apart is its foundation in real-world, on-set experience. I work best with actors who are serious about elevating their craft and booking at a higher level. This includes beginners seeking a solid grounding, as well as working actors needing sharper, more confident self-tapes and auditions. I am particularly effective with actors who feel stuck, tend to overthink their performances, or struggle to bring a natural, grounded presence to the camera. My coaching is designed to simplify the work, build unwavering confidence, and foster performances that feel authentic and are ready to book.

Empowering You to Trust Your Instincts

After a session with me, my goal is for you to feel confident, clear, and grounded in your work. You should leave with a precise understanding of what you're doing, why you're doing it, and how to apply these insights to your next audition or self-tape. Most importantly, I want you to trust your instincts and feel fully capable of delivering a performance that is authentic, controlled, and bookable.

Ready to elevate your acting career?

Let's work together to refine your skills, sharpen your auditions, and build the confidence you need to succeed in today's competitive acting landscape. Whether you're refining your on-camera presence or nailing that crucial self-tape, I'm here to guide you.
